Conference Terms and Conditions
Deadlines
To qualify for early bird pricing registrations must be received by midnight EST November 30, 2008.
Hotel reservations must be made by February 1, 2009 to take advantage of the room block pricing. Book your room now Click Here.
Registrations must be submitted online by midnight EST February 25, 2009. On-site registrations will be taken as availability allows.
Refunds and Transfers
The entire registration fee is non-refundable. You may not transfer your registration to another attendee without prior approval from the show manager.
Confirmations
Your canceled check or online receipt will serve as your confirmation but you do not need to bring them with you. There will be no confirmation mailing.
Lodging and travel
You, the attendee, are responsible for booking and arranging your own hotel and travel details. Book your hotel room at the Westin Baltimore Washington Airport – BWI by calling 443-577-2300 or book online by clicking here.
Nursing Moms
Please know that you and your non-walking baby are welcome! There will be a room set up as a place for you to nurse privately throughout the conference. We will also have help on hand should you need an extra hand during one of the sessions with a fussy infant. We ask that you be considerate of other attendees and step out if your infant is making a distractive amount of noise.
Children
We request that you not bring children to the conference. (nursing, non-walking, infants are the exception)
Parking
Self Parking at the Westin BWI Airport is free. Valet parking is available for a fee of $22 per day.
Shuttles
The Westin BWI offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from BWI Airport. An airport shuttle is also available to the light rail and Amtrak station upon request.
Meals
Your registration includes a light breakfast and lunch on Saturday. There may also be snacks provided during breaks. No other meals are included in your registration.
Audio/Video Recordings
All the sessions will be audio recorded, and may be video recorded. The recordings may be purchased at the Apologia LIVE booth at the conference, or after the conference at www.apologia.com.
Photographs
There will be photographers at the conference. By registering you agree to allow Apologia to use your likeness, or picture, in future marketing materials
